Public works construction including the Installation of a mechanically fastened thermoplastic roof system in an overlay configuration over the existing low slope 4-ply BUR capsheet roof assemblies. The overlay roof systems are comprised of 72 mil PVC single ply roofing membrane, ½" coverboard, R-10 1.75" and tapered polyisocyanurate insulation board, adhered flashings, protective walkpad membrane and sealants, and other miscellaneous improvements. This project will also include the installation of a Photovoltaic Solar Panel system, that is non-ballasted and nonpenetrating PVC rack system integrated with the PVC single ply roof system, including solar panels, inverters, meters, permitting, labor and materials. The PV system will include all electrical work required for connection and management of the PV system.
