The City will hire a Consultant to perform design engineering services for the gateway monument sign and associated hardscape. The design engineering firm would perform site investigations, prepare scaled concept drawings for the preliminary location, identify and prepare scaled concept drawings for an alternate location, and work with City staff to select the preferred design. The selected Consultant will be provided with an electronic version of the City’s Standard Details and Specifications. Upon approval of the design scope, the selected Consultant would then be given authorization to proceed with the development of scaled concept drawings for the primary and alternate location. Consultant shall provide the number of drawings necessary to adequately provide the level of information needed for City staff to make an informed decision.
