The selected vendor shall provide comprehensive landscaping services, including but not limited to: - Lawn Care: - Mowing, trimming, edging (weekly or bi-weekly as specified) - Fertilizing, seeding, aerating - Weed control and pest management - Tree and Shrub Maintenance: - Pruning, trimming, and shaping - Removal of dead or hazardous limbs - Mulching and fertilizing - Planting and Garden Maintenance: - Seasonal planting of flowers and shrubs (as needed) - Bed maintenance (weeding, mulching, edging) - Irrigation system maintenance (if applicable) - Leaf and Debris Removal: - Regular cleanup of leaves, sticks, and other debris - Storm cleanup as needed -Coastal Trail (Pomo Headlands to Glass Beach) - Mow along the trail where it is needed to keep grass and shrubs from overgrowing onto the paved walking trail (no more than a three-foot path from the trail should be cleared) - Weed and or mow around benches and picnic tables along the path - Mow the field next to the dog park and the dog park at Pomo Headlands as needed; REMOVAL OF ALL GREEN WASTE IS THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY
