The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, and cleaning supplies necessary to perform the following tasks: • Daily Cleaning Tasks: • Empty and sanitize trash and recycling receptacles inside restrooms • Empty garbage can receptacles located outside of restrooms and along the Coastal Trail • Sweep and mop all floors • Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and floors • Refill restroom supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.) • Wipe down and disinfect high-touch surfaces (e.g., door handles, light switches, counters) • Remove litter and debris from restroom entrances and surrounding areas • Periodic Tasks as Needed: • Dust and clean horizontal surfaces, vents, and baseboards • Knock down and remove spiderwebs • Clean interior glass and windows • Removal of graffiti if possible (if not possible, please inform City, so that the issue can be addressed).
