3.3.2. Key Responsibilities Tasks for each facility are outlined in Appendix B: Frequency Schedules, specifying required daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semiannual cleaning tasks. Key responsibilities include: • Office Areas o Clean and sanitize desks, chairs, and other furniture. o Dust shelves and computer equipment. o Sweep, mop, or vacuum floors as appropriate. • Conference Rooms o Wipe down tables, chairs, and electronic equipment. o Clean floors and remove visible dust or debris. • Restrooms o Sanitize sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors. o Replenish paper products and soap dispensers. o Remove soap scum, grime, and stains. • Kitchens/Break Rooms o Clean counters, sinks, appliances, and floors. o Empty trash bins and replace liners. • Lobbies and Common Areas o Dust and clean tables, chairs, and furniture. o Maintain high-traffic areas to avoid visible dirt or debris. o Sanitize doors, handles, and glass surfaces.
