Eligible activities typically include, but not limited to: Senior services, such as meals programs, transportation assistance, and health support services Youth services, including educational enrichment, after-school programs, and mentoring Homeless assistance, including emergency shelters, outreach, and case management Job training, employment counseling, and related workforce development services Fair housing counseling and related advocacy, including tenant-landlord and legal assistance services Services for persons with disabilities or other special needs populations Emergency food distribution programs All activities must comply with CDBG national objectives, ensuring they benefit low- and moderate-income persons.
