Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to establish an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract(s) for the acquisition of: • New Cisco Network and IP Communications hardware, software, licenses, components, warranty, SmartNet and procurement support services as described in greater detail herein. • New Calabrio IP Communications and Workforce Management hardware, software, licenses, components, warranty, SmartNet and procurement support services as described in greater detail herein. • Professional services for the installation/upgrade of components of the County enterprise infrastructure for network, telephony and call center functions. Cisco and Calabrio hardware and software are critical to our enterprise infrastructure; submitted bids must be compatible with the existing network hardware base and its support elements. The total expenditure over the previous four years for the County's Cisco hardware and software contract and the SmartNet contract was over 12 million dollars. The County is not limited to purchase all of its requirements from any award as a result of this RFP. The utilization environment and multi-year historic usage description above provides an expectation of County need in the foreseeable future; no guaranteed contract usage volume is made.
