Bensalem Township will receive sealed online bids for the First, Third, Reedman, Grandview & Sunrise Ave Inlet Replacement Project via PennBIDtm. The scope of work generally includes clearing and grubbing, removing existing inlets and installing new inlets with associated pipe replacements, minor E&S items and associated items of work. 2.1 Vendor shall meet with City staff, in person or via conference call to discuss the completion of the items described herein as requested by City. 2.2 Vendor shall demonstrate that they carry or have access to the specified minimum inventory of media materials as follows: 2.2.1 Vendor must carry a minimum of 500 titles combined for all formats (Audiobooks, CDs, and DVDs). 2.2.1.1 All provided materials must be in either Region 1 or Region 0 and able to play in the U.S.A. 2.2.1.2 Vendor shall only provide legitimate copies of all materials. The City will not accept illegitimate materials. 2.2.1.3 The City reserves the right to return any material that are deemed inappropriate for library use. All returns shall be at no cost to the City
