Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of General Services (DGS), Office of State Publishing (OSP) has been mandated to provide printing services to all California state departments. In order to perform these printing services, OSP utilizes a variety of printing presses, bindery equipment, and auxiliary machines. OSP’s printing equipment and the associated control components and systems must be maintained and operational at all times. OSP owns and operates chiller systems on several different printing presses. OSP staff can perform rudimentary maintenance to this equipment, although some circumstances require parts, service or technical support be obtained from a Contractor with advanced knowledge and abilities in these pressurized systems that require refrigerants, evacuating high pressure gases, including the refilling and disposal. OSP is requesting chiller repair services. The Bidder shall provide on-site service and parts required to correct operational problems with chiller systems located at the OSP facility, which includes the M-1000 Web Offset press, Six Color Sheetfed press, Drent and Muller Business Forms presses, and any other equipment using chillers to cool water and or air within the facility.
