1. Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, certifications, permits, prevailing wages, insurance and personnel to provide DSH with Chiller Maintenance and Repair Services on an as-needed basis and as set forth in section 3 of this I.A., below. 2. Please carefully review and consider the minimum qualifications, and the detailed Scope of Work located in Attachment 18, Sample Agreement, Exhibit A, Scope of Work, in order to complete your bid. 3. DSH-Coalinga has (3) three Trane brand chillers and (1) one Multistack chiller that need repair on an as need basis. The Trane chillers are 15 years old and the Multistack chiller is 3 years old. All chillers are located on-site at DSH-Coalinga. Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to provide the DSH with maintenance and repair services for all three chillers.
