Contractor shall: Maintain safeguards set by the County to ensure confidentiality of information pertaining to children and families served. Comply with mandatory State of California licensing regulations regarding required background checks for Childcare Providers operating under this Contract, including fingerprinting, CFS Child Abuse Registry, U.S. Department of Justice clearances, and physical and medical releases to work with children in childcare. Provide First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification for Childcare Providers operating under this Contract prior to providing services. Provide an administrative liaison who will be available by telephone and email during the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, to address service and/or administrative matters. Meet with SSA staff on a quarterly basis or as scheduled by SSA to review service delivery and/or contractual issues. Use, maintain, and submit to County a log/sign-in sheet, developed and approved by SSA. The log/sign-in sheet must be signed by all parents/caregivers of children who receive childcare during CFT meetings, Celebrating Families events, and similar SSA programs or events. Provide age-appropriate toys, supplies, and activities for children in childcare. Possess a current California business license. Be in good standing with no license revocation, temporary license suspension order or on probation. Coordinate with County staff on childcare coverage and promptly notify County of any staffing absences or issues to ensure continuity of childcare services.
