Contract shall provide all labor, materials, parts, supplies, equipment, tools, licenses, permits, travel, and incidentals necessary to decommission, remove, and legally dispose of 20 existing deteriorated and damaged HVAC Systems (refer to HVAC System Photographs, Attachment 3): 1) Camp Angelus MS, remove and legally dispose of the following components and/or systems: a) Two (2) Goodman HVAC systems mounted on the ground outdoor. b) Three (3) Reznor propane ceiling mounted heaters. 2) Burnt Mill MS, remove and legally dispose of the following components and/or systems: a) Two (2) HVAC systems mounted on the ground outdoor. b) Six (6) Reznor natural gas ceiling mounted heaters. 3) Needles MS, remove and legally dispose of the following HVAC components and/or systems: a) Two (2) Wall mounted air conditioner units. b) Five (5) Evaporation Cooler units. C. Contractor shall be responsible for the proper legal disposal of all parts removed, including but not limited to the entire existing HVAC air handlers and condensers, including recovered refrigerant. This includes any other litter, waste, debris, and similar materials arising from or produced by the work being performed under this agreement. D. Contractor shall furnish and install 20 new units of like kind to the existing units, or better. 1) Camp Angelus MS, install and make adjustments to properly install the following new systems: a) Two (2) commercial 5-ton split central air systems, Goodman. b) Three (3) commercial Electrical Unit Heater (EUH) ceiling mounted electric heater systems, Reznor. 2) Burnt Mill MS, install and make adjustments to properly install the following new systems: a) Two (2) commercial 5-ton split central air systems, Goodman. b) One (1) commercial EUH ceiling mounted electric heater systems, Reznor. c) Five (5) commercial 200,000 BTU ceiling mounted natural gas heater systems, Reznor. 3) Needles MS, install and make adjustments to properly install the following new systems: a) Two (2) commercial 4 ton mini-split central air systems, LG, Carrier or Daikin (all 208 power, one is 3-zone and other one is 2-zone) b) Five (5) commercial evaporation coolers 1600, Champion or Phoenix.
