The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which Contractor is to provide trash services. Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, trash bins, equipment, travel, and incidentals, and to pay all associated costs, fees (including disposal fees), and taxes, necessary to provide on call, as-needed trash collection, hauling, and disposal services as described herein. The services shall be performed at the following locations within Riverside County: A. Riverside Maintenance Station (MS), 1091 Everton Place, CA 92507; B. Southbound Interstate 15, Riverside Drive, Eastvale, CA, Postmile (PM) 51.30; C. Northbound Interstate 215 at Placentia Avenue, Perris, CA, PM 29.40; D. Northbound Interstate 215 at Martin Luther King Blvd, Riverside, CA, PM 40.88
