A. COI Management Software (CIMS) The Contractor shall deliver a cloud-based Certificate of Insurance Management Software (CIMS) solution that enables LAUSD to obtain, evaluate, verify, track, retain, and report on Certificates of Insurance (COIs) submitted by third parties. The system must support both short-term (e.g., single- day events) and long-term agreements. The CIMS solution shall ensure compliance with LAUSD's District requirements by effectively managing third parties' certificates of insurance. Contractor shall deliver the below at no additional cost except as identified in the Price Proposal. B. Core Service Components 1. Software-Enabled Functional Components: Certificate Management: Upload and Verification • Allow for the uploading of COIs from all third parties conducting business with LAUSD, including but not limited to contractors, construction firms, transportation providers, food service vendors, after-school program partners, and event organizers.
