1.1 Contractor to furnish and install labor and materials to accomplish the work described herein. 1.2 Remove two (2) existing concrete pads, cut, form, and pour new slab work. 1.3 Cut, form, and pour concrete swale(s) to existing invert. 1.4 Grind and Re-Pave AC cement (Asphalt Overlay). 1.5 Seal all cracks in miscellaneous remaining concrete areas, and joints in new Helipad area. 1.6 Fabricate and install metal light covers over existing light domes where encountered. 1.7 New striping over new asphalt work. 1.8 All materials: spoils, concrete, asphalt, etc. shall be removed from the site and disposed of. 1.9 Accomplish all work in accordance with the specifications contained herein. 1.10 Accomplish all work in accordance with California Building Codes (2022 Editions). 1.11 The contractor is responsible for providing the CMD a project schedule in excel or similar format. 1.12 The contractor shall perform demolition activities with care. If items outside the scope of work are damaged during demolition/removal phase, the contractor shall be responsible for the cost of repairing said item. 1.13 Perform the above-mentioned work at Mather AASF 10606 Superfortress Drive, Mather, California, 95655.
