Define the process, responsibilities, and activities required to secure and manage sponsorships. This includes identifying, soliciting, negotiating, and finalizing sponsorship agreements to ensure the event’s financial success and enhance its overall impact. Food Vendor Management - Manage and procure food vendors for the Centennial Hometown Days event. The primary objective is to ensure the smooth coordination and successful execution of the food vendor-related aspects of the event. This includes sourcing, managing, and overseeing vendors to guarantee timely, high-quality deliverables to make it a great Centennial celebration for the community.
