Please review "2022 Grazing Tour Questions_Answers" document. Any additional questions will need to be submitted by 12:00 PST 29 August 2022, which will be posted by COB 31 August 2022. All proposal packages MUST be received no later than 5 September 2022, 1600 PST.
Proposals MUST be submitted to the TO: and CC: individuals stated in original posting. Any documents requiring fax (i.e.: bank documents) please send to 530-634-3311. Cover letter must state ATTN: SSgt Benedick Duria or SSgt Victoria Quota

Grazing Tour Information:
The tour is not mandatory in order to submit a proposal. To attend the tour you will need to call Tamara Gallentine at 530-634-2738 to provide personal information for base entry no later than 9:00am on Monday 15 August 2022 The information needed can be found on Attachment B. Visitor EAL (Entry Access List) Roster. Please see Att 12 Grazing Lease Tour Packet for tour information.

We are requesting proposals from offerors desiring to compete for winter pasture leases at Beale AFB. As described in the solicitation, the term of the lease is up to five years in length for six different pastures on Beale AFB, California. If your firm/company wishes to compete for this opportunity, please submit a written proposal in accordance with the attached Request for Proposals (Attachment 1). Your proposal should be received by the Government no later than September 5, 2022, 1600 P.S.T. Proposal packages should be emailed to the following:
