The 9th Contracting Squadron, Beale AFB, CA, is seeking capabilities from businesses classified as Small, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), 8(a), Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), or Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) for the purposes of determining the appropriate level of competition for a contract to provide Catholic Priest services. Please note that this Sources Sought does not in any way obligate the Government to award a subsequent Contract.
This Sources Sought is for market research and planning purposes to determine if responsible sources exist and to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive. The requirement is for a Roman Catholic Priest to provide for the religious and spiritual needs of the Catholic Community at Beale AFB, CA. The Contractor shall be required to furnish all personnel, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to plan, manage, and accomplish the services in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). A draft of the PWS is included in this notice for market research purposes only; do not submit a proposal. Any suggestions or questions are welcomed; these will be used to improve the requirement documents. These may not receive an answer or might be answered at the time of solicitation. A total period of performance has not been determined yet; this may range from one (1) base year with four (4) one-year options. This requirement is expected to be awarded as a Firm-Fixed-Price contract.
