The results of this survey will enable SacSewer to update its CP asset documentation and thoroughly evaluate the existing condition of its CP infrastructure. In accordance with generally accepted industry practices, the consultant will be solely and entirely responsible for the conditions of the job site, including the safety of all persons and property during the performance of the work. A project team will be formed to develop the CP System Evaluation. The project team will be composed of the consultant and members of SacSewer. The scope of services for this Request for Proposal (RFP) includes inspecting and obtaining readings at approximately 275 cathodic protection test stations and rectifiers. The work also includes preparing detailed reports summarizing the findings and providing recommendations based on the results.
