A. Contractor shall be prepared to provide service on a minimum of thirty-five (35) weeks up to forty-two (42) weeks during the calendar year. The Contractor may be asked to provide up to an additional seven (7) weeks of services. B. The service location listed has no usable kitchen space for the preparation of meals. There is a service area that can be used in the preparation of the actual service. This space may be used at the discretion of the Contractor; however, CAL FIRE is under no obligation to provide additional storage materials, work surfaces, tools, utensils, or other supplies necessary for the completion of the service. C. Contractor shall follow schedule of meals listed under “Meal Service.” D. Contractor shall ensure staff must wear masks in and around the facility when appropriate or when recommended by state and county authorities. E. Contractor shall supply an on-site employee during all meal services to serve as a point of contact between the Contractor and the CAL FIRE Project Representative or designated CAL FIRE employee. This employee will be responsible for the maintenance of all provisions of this contract and have the authority to remedy issues that are identified by the CAL FIRE Project Representative. F. Contractor shall provide evidence of current Food Safety Certification for all employees handling food as part of the contract.
