a) The caterer is responsible for all SIO Rules and Guidelines for Caterers, including the proper set-up and take-down of all event materials. Every caterer is responsible for cleaning all event-related items, leaving the area as it was before the event. (Refer to Attachment A: SIO – Rules and Guidelines for Caterers) b) The caterer shall ensure adequate and expert management/supervision of its employees at each meal. Employees shall have visible identification and be dressed in clean, appropriate clothes. Employees shall perform services properly, professionally, and with dignity as applicable in an institution of higher education. The caterer shall ensure the highest level of customer service from all catering staff. c) Caterer will adhere to delivery and set-up requirements.
