Specifications include, but are not limited to: Booklet size: 8" x 10 1/2" (See Attached Sample) Booklet size will vary depending on distribution method. Average of 56- 64 pages. Front and back covers in color w/ graphics. Interior black ink plus one color. Vendor will use existing document design from previous designer. OR, can discuss reformatting catalog. Page layout and editing consists of approximately 50 hours, on a tight time schedule. Vendor will be a liaison with City and printer to provide quality control of the product including blueline viewing,. Press check and to ensure printer adheres to pre-determined timeline and delivery schedule. City will provide all copy. Copy is submitted via e-mail in two formats: export from City CLASS registration. Software and Microsoft Word (Windows)
