The San Diego Superior Court is requesting quotes for a carpet replacement project. The Court currently has the carpet tiles in storage but will need the bidder to provide the adhesive, cove base and cove base adhesive along with the labor and any additional material needed to complete this project. Upon award, Bidder will need to provide a Certificate of Insurance with The San Diego Superior Court as the Certificate Holder. Please review the Terms and Conditions attached in the Documents tab. This is a Public Works project- project will need to be priced with prevailing wage. Provide all labor, material, and specialized equipment to accomplish the following: Bidder shall: • Remove and dispose of current cove base and carpet • Pick up Court owned carpet and deliver to project site • Order cove base per project specifications • Install new carpet and cove base • Dispose of all debris generated from project to a legal dumpsite The space is approximately 950 Square feet, however, each bidder is required to attend an onsite visit to take proper measurements for your bid. The Court prefers the installation to take place in October 2025; however, it is open to considering a timeframe close to that period. The project will be after hours preferably Friday evening and Saturday. Please price accordingly.
