Notice is hereby given that the Sequoia Union High School District ("District") is seeking proposals from pre-qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to provide pre-construction services: constructability review, value engineering, master scheduling, cost estimating, budgeting, and construction services for the development and construction for the following projects: RFP #26-1104C Carlmont New T-Wing Classroom Building RFP #26-1105C Carlmont Multi-Use Field RFP #26-1106C Menlo-Atherton New Classroom Building RFP #26-1107C Sequoia New Classroom Building RFP #26-1108C Woodside New Classroom Building (collectively the "Projects"), in accordance with the lease-leaseback structure set forth in Education Code section 17406, et seq.
