Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Project goal and objectives – ARMC desires to engage a qualified vendor that has the experience, personnel, and financial resources needed to provide a full range of cardiothoracic services described in this RFP at ARMC. ARMC requires the following professionals: a. Cardiothoracic Surgeons b. Thoracic Surgeons c. Perfusionists d. APP whose practice is focused on services within this RFP. 2. Services are needed in the following areas: a. Cardiothoracic Surgery b. Thoracic Surgery c. Perfusions and Bypass 3. Deliverables/Requirements: a. Provide all cardiothoracic services (CTS) at ARMC b. Provide an appropriate number of Practitioners to provide all CTS to accommodate patient, including Patton, Juvenile Hall, and Sheriff detainees, needs for CTS at the Medical Center and its Clinics and otherwise meet the CTS patient care needs of the Section and Medical Center. All Practitioners must be appropriately licensed, privileged, and credentialed at ARMC. c. Provide 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year CTS coverage including: 1. CTS coverage for a Level 1 Trauma Center, the inpatient units (admission, management and discharge), and the Emergency Department of the Medical Center. 2. Cardiothoracic Surgeon coverage. 3. Thoracic Surgeon coverage. 4. Perfusionists coverage
