El Camino Community College District, seeks general labor contractors to provide labor to remove debris, leaves, and dirt from roof top drains, clearing roof drain inlets and strainers, noting any needed repairs on listed buildings (to be provided) and reporting back to Facilities Management. The contractor shall enforce all required safety guidelines for working on roofs and provide proof of Roof Work Safety Training Certificates per any CALOSHA Requirements. All collected trash and debris is to be brought to the Facilities Yard for disposal daily. Work crews must sign in at the Facilities Office daily at the start and end of the scheduled hours coordinated by Facilities Management.
