Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, insurance and services necessary for a complete radio mesh network system ready for operation in accordance with the requirements of NFPA 72 for Proprietary Supervising Station Service and the federal communications commission. Contractor to provide radio mesh equipment and devices in appropriate quantities within the project area, including but not limited to the receivers, software, radio links and transmitters. Servers and software for the primary and secondary receivers shall be provided with an AES MNR2: Annual Headend Equipment Maintenance Program. The annual support agreement shall be renewed on a yearly basis after the second year of installation. The first two years of the annual support fee shall be included.
