Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Proposer must have provided Management services of a University or College Campus Store, or major retail operations at a comparable institution. B. Proposer shall have prior experience with a diverse student population. C. Proposer shall have been financially solvent with an excellent track record for the past 10 years. D. Proposer shall have the ability to leverage purchasing power to provide low costs of merchandise and services to universities or college campuses. E. Proposer shall provide university or college campuses with a full range of merchandise and services expected from a quality Campus Store. F. Proposer shall have sufficient quantities of textbooks and related supplies and materials, as required or recommended by the faculty for academic courses, available for purchase by students at the specific times the items are needed. G. Proposer shall ensure that the specific requested editions of textbooks are available for sale.
