This project will include design, build, delivery and installation of a 26-slip open berth dock with the following specifications: Dock Specifications • Total Slips: 26, including: o ADA-Compliant Slips: 2 (maximum width: 12”) o Additional Slips: Limited to 10’ wide by 30’ long o Minimum of 4 cleats at end of dock • Gangway Dimensions: Maximum width of 8’ and maximum length of 80’ • Security Gate • Dock Width: Up to 10’ • Disconnect Feature: Ability to disconnect every 10th slip for movement when necessary. • Design Constraints: o No truss systems to prevent damage from water fluctuations; Dock System Design • Frame Material: Aluminum • Dock Panels: Thru Flow Legacy XP (Maple) or Titan (Maple) • Utilities: No electricity or water services required; solar lighting is optional but not mandatory
