1) The Contractor will provide training to frontline workers using curricula specific to certifying staff working in a HVIP. 2) The Contractor will determine the number of frontline professionals to be trained based on the funding available and the best practice for delivery as determined by the Contractor. Include a plan to identify interested trainees from the CVI field, prioritizing the staff of organizations employed by a CalVIP grantee, but including those who may not currently be employed by a CalVIP grantee. 3) The Contractor will develop a schedule of training opportunities as available in the regions noted in the previous section of this RFP. 4) The Contractor will develop a plan to market the training to eligible organizations and their staff, with priority given to the staff of organizations funded by a CalVIP grant. 5) The Contractor will communicate the training, schedule and marketing plan with the BSCC.
