Specifications include, but are not limited to: California State Rail Plan and Service Development Plans The California Department of Transportation seeks to obtain professional services from highly qualified transportation consultants to prepare Service Development Plans (SDPs) for the Los Angeles-San Diego Rail Corridor Agency (LOSSAN) South, (LOSSAN) North (Los Angeles to San Luis Obispo), Coast Daylight (Los Angeles to San Francisco) and San Joaquin Corridors (Bakersfield to Oakland and Sacramento) and a comprehensive passenger and freight rail plan for the state of California (Rail Plan). The Rail Plan will comply with all state and federal requirements and address rail-related transportation issues of importance to the state, partner agencies, stakeholders and the people of California.
