The system must have the ability for data brokers to register and submit information required by the CA Delete Act. Data brokers must provide detailed information during registration such as whether they collect minors' data, geolocation, reproductive health data, and the types of services they provide to consumers (e.g. personal data updates, deletions etc.), as well as annually required reporting data. We will provide the detailed data.; The system must provide the ability to process payments with for all credit /debit cards and ACH.; The system must provide a reconcilation report for successful and pending payments.; The system must provide the agency fee and credit card processing fee details clearly to users.
