Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor shall create the card according to the template and specifications provided in Attachment B, Exhibit A, Card Template. This template is for printing the front and back of the CBC. 2. Contractor shall not add any information or advertisement onto the card or Congratulations Letter. 3. Contractor shall print the following information onto the front of the card: first name, middle initial, last name, address, city, state/province/region, zip code/postal code, date of birth, date of issue, Boater ID number, hair color, eye color, height, and gender. Refer to Attachment B, Exhibit A, Card Template, for details. 4. Contractor shall print the following information onto the back of the card: “The name identified on the reverse side of this card has satisfied the requirements of the California Boater Card Program established by California State Parks. This program is approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators and recognized by the U.S. Coast Guard. This card must be in your possession when operating a motorized vessel on California waterway. H&NC 658.5 Age limitations for motorized vessel operation still apply.
