Required State-Level activities include: State Financing, Device Reutilization, Device Loans, and Device Demonstrations. Required State Leadership activities include: Education/Training, Technical Assistance, Transition Assistance, Public Awareness and Information and Assistance, and Coordination/Collaboration. The AT Act also requires specific data reporting, financial reporting, and performance measures on services provided via the required State Level and Leadership activities. This data will be entered and reported through a reporting database and system as designated by ACL, presently the National Assistive Technology Act Data System (NATADS). NATADS is a web-based database application used to store the records of activities performed by State AT Programs and generate the mandatory Annual Progress Report (APR).
