The district is requesting contractor to install new Pelican thermostats with integrated CO2 sensors per “Exhibit A” Site Drawings for each Site including all associated controls materials including but not limited to: • Pelican TC3 Thermostats • Pelican Gateway GW400 • Pelican Repeater WR900 per plans and any additional quantity to support the mesh network • PROBE-T1- 10K Type Duct Probe Supply Air Sensors connected to either TA1 or Pearl Controller per plans • Z Series: Wireless Zone Coordinators for zoned units per plans • Enclosures if needed • Transformers • Wiring – Low voltage for thermostat and sensor communications • Wiring – High voltage for power supply, where needed, for gateways and repeaters • Thermostat wall-plates to cover any existing wall openings
