Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide training services to approximately thirty (30) CFET participants per federal program year (October 1 through September 30), approximately two and a half (2.5) CFET participants per month for the term of the Contract. Provide Supervised Job Search Services which may include but are not limited to: job leads, job readiness (soft skills) training, resume preparation, interview preparation. Provide Supportive and Ancillary Services to enable participants within the Education/OJT, Job Search or Job Retention components to achieve success. Supportive and Ancillary Services must be provided to CFET participants using only non-federal funding source(s). The Contractor will be reimbursed for fifty percent (50%) of the total allowable Supportive and Ancillary Services. At WDD’s request, Contractor shall provide information regarding its qualifications and a listing of the Contractor’s key personnel including resumes of proposed Contractor’s personnel. Accept referrals of CFET participants from WDD who are part of the CFET Program. Offer individualized and focused case management services to include a training assessment to each CFET participant.
