Contractor shall create campaign materials, including, but not limited to, graphics, print ads, digital content (e.g., social media ads), radio scripts, and promotional materials, ensuring that all content meets the requirements as described in this Section and in this Exhibit, Section I. Description of Work. Contractor shall provide all deliverable types listed below according to the requirements as outlined: 1. Audience Research & Insights a. Shall include community profile: demographics language needs, literacy level, gaps to access services, etc. 2. Advertising Plan a. Shall outline the campaign strategy, objectives, target audiences, geographic focus, and key campaign messages. b. Shall include proposed media channels (out-of-home, audio, social, digital) with data-supported analysis demonstrating alignment with campaign objectives and target audience. c. Shall include a campaign calendar detailing phases and activities. d. Shall identify metrics and methods for evaluating campaign effectiveness. 3. Media Inclusion Plan a.
