Subject to conditions prescribed by California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt, responses to prequalification documents are sought for the following scopes: Structural Concrete, Structural Steel, Rough Carpentry, Roofing, Waterproofing, Glazing, Elevator, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical for the following project: California State University, Humboldt, Health Education Hub – Group 2 Trades General project scope includes the following: Structural and seismic upgrades within the existing Stewart Building, including associated interior and roof structural improvements. Work will include the installation of new structural concrete and steel systems, rough carpentry, roofing and waterproofing assemblies, exterior glazing, and complete installation of new elevator, fire suppression, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. The scope will support the overall building renovation required to convert the facility into instructional and support spaces for Cal Poly Humboldt’s Health Education Hub program
