The State seeks a qualified food service provider (hereafter referred to as Awarded Bidder) to provide healthy, fresh and nutritious food at the WPD café and ensure that employees and visitors to the facility consistently receive high-quality food and excellent customer service. The State’s interpretation of food service and cafe operation includes, but is not limited to: breakfast with baked goods and coffee, lunch, afternoon snacks, beverages, grab-n-go food, approved catering and special events. At no time will alcoholic beverages be served. The Awarded Bidder must maintain a high level of food quality and customer service at all times. Customer satisfaction must be a priority for food quality, pricing, menu selection, and catering services.
