The Contractor shall provide one (1) digital receiver and one (1) remote or streaming services for each residential unit, after the resident enters into a Residential Services Contract. If a resident refuses to enter into a Residential Services Contract or violates the Residential Services Agreement, the Contract shall only be required to provide those portions of the video services, which do not require the digital receiver. Such reduction in video services shall not result in a reduction of the monthly per unit service fee. The type of digital receiver and remote provided shall be at the Contractor’s sole discretion. The Contractor shall provide CalVet with thirty-two (32) digital adaptors and thirty-two (32) remotes for the video services to the thirty-two (32) common areas, as specified in Attachment 2, Common Areas. Programming: The Contractor has the right at any time to preempt, without prior notice, specific programs and to determine what substitute programming, if any, shall be made available. The Contractor may, in its discretion, make additions, deletions, or modifications to its channel line-up without liability to CalVet or anyone claiming through CalVet. The Contractor shall not be liable for failure to deliver any programming which is caused by the failure of the programmer to deliver or make such programming available to the Contractor or for any other reason belong the Contractor’s control.
