Specifications include, but are not limited to: Metropolitan requires the services of Contractor(s) to assist Metropolitan in the management, maintenance, and maturing of its Cybersecurity Operation Center (CSOC) by supporting operations twenty-four by seven days a week (24x7), 365 days a year (24x7x365) to protect Metropolitan's information technology, operational technology, and enterprise network infrastructure. The Contractor must support traditional CSOC activities and be able to support these activities during periods when business continuity is in effect and to support business continuity and cyber incident response tabletop exercises. As such, if it becomes necessary to temporarily relocate Metropolitan staff and operations to a selected alternate site for an emergency or test scenario, the Contractor must be able to support and extend normal CSOC operations to that alternate location.
