1. The intent of this Agreement is for the Contractor to provide security monitoring and repairs. Repairs shall include, but not be limited to, all hardware, in part or as a system. 2. The Contractor will be expected to provide any or all of the following during the term of this Agreement: Any door hardware associated with the Security System; Card Readers; Electrified Strikes; Electric Door Locks; Power Supplys; Transceivers; Transformers; Power Transfer hinges; Request to Exit Devices; Personality Modules; Proximity Access Cards; ISTARS Panel (s); ISTARS backup batteries. 3. The Contractor will be expected to test ISTARS panel(s) for proper operation including: Complete functional test of all components and modules; Emergency power switch over, and Battery conditions.
