Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Furnish all labor, materials, power, equipment, tools, transportation and supervision necessary to construct (complete in place) proprietary Port District provided equipment and required interconnection supporting cold ironing facilities to cruise ships as indicated on the project plans and as specified in these technical specifications. The equipment supplier will deliver equipment to B Street Pier where the contractor will install in the proper location. Contractor will provide all the required labor to move the equipment to its final set point. b. Work shall include, but not limited to, extending existing conduit to accommodate a new sawtooth assembly location (owner-furnished) and installing the provided equipment as shown in the Plans. This includes laying new conduit to establish connections and installing a new ownerfurnished ground switch. Contractor to install conduit couplings to secure connectivity from existing conduits to new conduits. c. Temporary protective barriers will be erected for safety during construction to protect staff and general public. d. Contractor to furnish and install galvanized pipe bollards, set anchor bolts and epoxy/grout as shown on the plans. e. Contractor to furnish and install hangers, supports, fiberglass clips, braces, fittings, and coredrill bolts/anchors to secure conduit overhangs from concrete deck.
