Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals required to perform the complete work for the North Etiwanda Preserve Bathroom Addition Project in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. The work includes but is not limited to: site clearing and grading; installation of a prefabricated restroom structure; construction of concrete foundations, pads, and walkways; installation of underground utilities and sewage holding tank; connection to existing water, electrical, and sewer systems; implementation of erosion and sediment control measures; and restoration of all disturbed areas to pre-construction conditions. All work shall conform to the requirements of the San Bernardino County Department of Public Works – Special Districts, applicable building codes, and regulatory agency standards.
