Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor(s) will: A. Provide their own licenses to design programs, preferred: Adobe Creative Suite B. Follow creative requests and design/layout content appropriately in English and Spanish; C. Assist with other creative needs, such as email marketing (Constant Contact), website updates (Drugal), and possibly static video creation (Animoto, or similar); D. Package files as needed for printing and/or trafficking to media outlets; E. Package all final design files periodically for transfer and storage to the Inyo VPN; and F. Provide a detailed invoice to designated HHS staff. The County will provide the following support for the identified contractor: A. Determine creative needs and project timelines; B. Share written communication plan and share updates and requests in a timely manner; and C. Process invoices from the contractor in a timely manner.
