Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of San Diego is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide a range of client-centered services, in accordance with the service standards established by the HIV Planning Group, to achieve the goals of the County of San Diego’s Integrated Plan for HIV Care, Prevention, Testing and Surveillance. The purpose of the Countywide HIV Services it to ensure persons living with HIV have access to an array of services that will assist them in accessing and remaining in HIV outpatient/ambulatory health service and achieving viral suppression. Countywide HIV Services include Coordinated HIV Services for Women, Children and Families, substance abuse treatment, nutrition assistance, temporary housing assistance, emergency financial assistance, and non-medical case management, and Minority AIDS Initiative Bridge program
