Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Fresno is seeking competitive bids for the County’s security services with a private uniformed security company. The County has approximately fifty (50) facilities that house more than 6000 staff and visitors on a daily basis. The County is looking for a vendor or multiple vendors that may provide services to one or more groups identified in the attachments to this RFP. Vendors must provide fixed rates to the County in the event of emergency or additional services are required. The primary areas for proposals are Library Operations, Transport Services, and General Security Operations. Each area is identified in the attachments to this RFP. This Request for Proposal provides information required to prepare and submit proposals for standing and patrol security officers to fulfill the County’s Security Program. The bidders shall submit information pertaining to their ability to perform the specified services in a reliable, practical, cost effective manner, while maintaining the highest standards regardless of the day or time.
