Contractor shall develop and validate a qualitative screening method of blood, vitreous, and/or tissue samples that meet the scope and sensitivity of drugs specified by the AAFS Academy Standards Board (ASB) Standard 120, “Standard for the Analytical Scope and Sensitivity of Forensic Toxicological Testing of Blood in Impaired Driving Investigations” for the following instrument: 7.1.1. Contractor shall develop and validate a quantitative confirmation method of blood, vitreous, and/or tissue samples that meet the scope and sensitivity of drugs specified by the AAFS Academy Standards Board (ASB) Standard 120, “Standard for the Analytical Scope and Sensitivity of Forensic Toxicological Testing of Blood in Impaired Driving Investigations” for the following instruments: 7.2.1.
