Specifications include, but are not limited to: Maricopa County Special Health Care District dba Maricopa Integrated Health System (MIHS) hereby solicits quotations from qualified Respondents to provide Consulting Support for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project. MIHS is entering into a formal procurement to select an ERP and other ancillary applications to meet identified requirements. The application(s) selected will have sufficient functionality to replace the FinSTAR and TrendSTAR systems currently in place. The first phase of this project is the design and selection phase and will include the development of a formal request for proposals (RFP). MIHS is seeking the assistance of a consulting firm with experience with ERP RFP development to assist with this process. Initially, MIHS will engage the Contractor on a time and materials basis to assist with identifying RFP requirements and to conduct end user focus groups as part of the requirements gathering process. The Contractor will be expected to deliver to MIHS a library of requirements commonly used by healthcare organizations in choosing an ERP partner. The Contractor may be brought back for additional work and deliverables again on a time and materials basis until the selection is final and a contract award is made.
