A Facilitator will be hired to implement the Food Sustainability and Wellness Project for AI-AN Communities. The project will include: A. Cohort participant recruitment of 16 AI-AN families (inclusion of children and elders is strongly suggested) across all areas of Los Angeles County where AIAN community members reside. Families will participate in a series of 6 educational, experiential workshops and discussion groups that include topics as defined in the Deliverables section below. B. Families will use food boxes to grow healthy and sustainable fruits and vegetables for their families that they can take home with them to continue growing food. C. At the end of the cohort, all families will work with Facilitator to create some type of video, stories, or articles (depending on what the participants are willing to du) for a social media campaign including a minimum of 6 posts to help disseminate the information they have learned during the cohort. Participants will not be required to disclose any legal or identifying information online and can incorporate various forms of media, such as animation, music, photos, and more into their video of what they learned about food sustainability and mental health awareness
